These terms govern your use of suite-444.com and your working relationship with Suite 444 Creative Studio. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

Agreement to These Terms

By accessing suite-444.com or engaging Suite 444 Creative Studio (“Suite 444,” “we,” “us”) for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If a signed proposal, service agreement, or invoice for your project contains different terms, that document controls for your project.

Our Services

Suite 444 offers branding, logo design, website development, social media management, video editing, and mentorship services as described on our Services page. Every project is scoped individually, and the deliverables, timeline, and investment for your project are confirmed in your proposal or invoice before work begins.

Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Projects are secured with a deposit or retainer, and creative work begins once it is received. Invoices are due on time; if a payment is missed, work pauses until the balance is restored. Because planning and creative work are invested from day one, payments are non-refundable once work has started. Where a payment plan is agreed upon, each scheduled payment is part of the commitment. All payments are processed securely through Square.

Revisions & Timelines

Each package includes a set number of revisions, outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may require an additional investment. Timelines vary with project scope, revision rounds, and how quickly requested materials and feedback are provided; we communicate clearly and keep you updated at every step.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide requested materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner, and to communicate openly throughout the project. You confirm that any content you provide us — text, images, logos, media — is yours to use or properly licensed, and you are responsible for its accuracy and legality.

Ownership & Portfolio Rights

Final approved deliverables become your property upon full payment. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Suite 444. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Drafts, unused concepts, and our working files remain ours.

Respect & Termination

Suite 444 is a high-vibrational creative environment. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for missed payments, disrespectful communication, or conduct that disrupts the creative process. If we terminate a project, you receive the work completed and paid for to date; amounts already paid for work performed are not refunded.

Using This Website

The content on suite-444.com — text, designs, images, and branding — belongs to Suite 444 and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or its chat assistant. Information provided on this site and by the chat assistant is general information, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Third-Party Services

Our site links to third-party services such as Square for payments and Zoom for scheduling. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Suite 444 is not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website is provided “as is,” and while we pour excellence into every project, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or growth from our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suite 444’s total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
